• not upload false, forged, stolen or altered documents or information;
• not attempt to hack, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the website;

• not resell or misuse our services in a way that breaches these terms.

Printed documents produced through our services are to be used lawfully. You are solely responsible for how you use any output.

5. Wallet, Fees & Payments

• Services are charged as displayed on the website or dashboard at the time of the request. Charges may include government fees, gateway charges and our service fee.
• Wallet balance can be used only for services on this platform. Wallet balance is not a bank deposit, does not earn interest and is not transferable.
• You are responsible for entering correct details. Requests submitted with wrong or incomplete information may be rejected or may need to be repeated at additional cost.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• If a payment is debited but the wallet is not credited, or a service fails because of a technical error on our side, the amount will be refunded or credited to your wallet after verification.
• Once a service request has been processed or submitted to a government portal, it generally cannot be cancelled, and fees paid to government departments or third parties are non-refundable.
• Refund requests must be raised through our Contact page with the transaction details.

We do not control them and are not responsible for their delays, errors, rejections or policy changes. Approval, rejection and delivery timelines of applications are decided by the respective authorities.
